Control Valve
Electro-hydraulic Control Valve– Two joysticks ,let you control 8 movements effortlessly. Smooth operation, fast response, reducing operator fatigue. Even during 8 hours of non-stop work, it is still ideal for log trailer control.
Remote Control Valve– With the remote control valve, you can operate the log loader trailer from the tractor cabin, room or other locations away from the trailer. This makes it more convenient and safer for the operator.
Custom Valve– The hydraulic control handle and valve can be customized. If you have specific requirements for other brands and other styles, please provide us your pictures.
Available Power Sources
Tractor Hydraulic Output -Whether you have tractors or trucks, you can directly use hydraulic output .
Tractor PTO Gear Pump– If you want use the tractor Power Take-Off (PTO) , the PTO gear pump is a great choice. Our factory has many models to match different tractors, with flow rates from 20 L/min to 60 L/min.
Tractor PTO Piston Pump– If you need some heavy-duty continuous operation for the log trailer, the piston pump is better. It offers higher torque and great efficiency, improving log grabbing speed.
Gasoline Engine- If you need an independent power unit, you can choose these gasoline engines from 9 hp to 15 hp.It is EPA and Emark Certified for European Canadian and US markets.
Diesel Engine- If you prefer diesel engines, we have both small and large options available, ranging from 9 hp to 40hp.
Electric HPU-Electric hydraulic power unit- If you plan to use the log trailer fixed in one location, the Electric motor is an excellent choice. It can save costs and be better for the environment.

A: Yes, sure. The crane can be used together with your existing trailers, wood chippers, firewood processors and all your available vehicles. It can also be used in a fixed position.
Q: What horsepower tractor do I need for a log trailer with crane?
The required tractor horsepower depends on the trailer loading capacity, boom reach, and working conditions. In general, a 3–6 ton log trailer with a 5 m forestry crane typically requires a tractor from 25–80 HP. For heavier timber loads, larger crane reach, or difficult terrain, a higher horsepower tractor is recommended. We can suggest the right tractor and log trailer combination based on your application
