Built with Uncompromising Quality | GreenWood your agricultural & forestry machinery manufacturers

We understand that in agriculture and forestry, equipment must withstand tough conditions day after day. That’s why GreenWood implements a comprehensive quality control system designed to deliver machinery you can trust. Every tractor attachment, forestry implement, snow remover, and fertilizer machine is carefully inspected, tested under extreme loads, and validated for long-term reliability — ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity for our global customers.

How do we conduct quality control?

Incoming Material Inspection

Incoming Material Inspection

Before manufacturing agricultural and forestry equipment, we conduct rigorous inspections of all incoming raw materials and purchased components, including steel plates, hydraulic cylinders, tires, bearings, and hydraulic pipelines. This includes verifying material certificates, measuring dimensions, inspecting for surface defects, and performing random sampling of chemical composition. This ensures that only qualified materials enter the production process, eliminating potential quality issues from the source.

In-Process Quality Control

Dedicated quality inspectors are assigned to conduct routine inspections of key processes (such as cutting, blanking, welding, and machining). Emphasis is placed on monitoring welding quality (weld flaw detection), hole spacing and geometric tolerances, and part machining accuracy. Vernier calipers, coordinate measuring machines, and other tools are used to record data in real time to ensure that each process conforms to drawings and technical requirements.

Component Assembly & Precision Inspection about agricultural machinery

Component Assembly & Precision Inspection

On the assembly line, major components (such as the front loader frame, forestry grapple, snow plow, and fertilizer spreader) are assembled in stages and inspected item by item. This includes checking the torque of connecting bolts, measuring the clearance of moving joints, and testing the sealing of the hydraulic system to ensure the assembly precision and coordinated movement of the entire machine.

Functional & Performance Testing

After assembly, each piece of equipment enters the testing area for full-load functional testing. This includes hydraulic system pressure testing, actual measurement of lifting/gripping force, checking the smoothness of rotating parts operation, fertilizer uniformity testing (for fertilizer application machinery), and snow removal thrust simulation, to ensure that the equipment meets the design performance indicators under simulated working conditions.

Painting & Anti-Corrosion Verification about agricultural machinery

Painting & Anti-Corrosion Verification

We conduct professional testing on paint thickness, adhesion, and color uniformity, and verify corrosion resistance using a film thickness gauge and salt spray test. We are particularly focused on the long-term durability of forestry and snow removal equipment in humid and saline environments, ensuring the surface treatment meets the requirements of harsh outdoor conditions. Our agricultural and forestry machinery provides excellent surface protection in harsh environments, significantly reducing your machinery maintenance and upkeep costs.

Pre-Shipment Final Inspection & Trial Run

An independent quality control department conducts a 100% final inspection of the entire machine, including ensuring its appearance is intact, all functions are retested, all safety warning labels are complete, and all accessories and documentation are intact. A no-load and load test run of no less than 30 minutes is also performed to confirm there are no abnormal noises, leaks, or malfunctions before packaging and shipping. We will ensure that any agricultural or forestry machinery with potential quality issues or that does not meet quality standards will not be sold to our customers.
